The Heavy-Duty Floor Spring is designed for commercial and architectural glass doors requiring stable operation, adjustable installation and controlled closing.

This floor spring supports 10–12 mm tempered glass doors. For proper selection, AOYU recommends a maximum door weight of 90 kg and a maximum door width of 850 mm.

The floor spring features two-stage closing speed adjustment, a 90° hold-open option, maximum opening up to 130°, and multi-direction adjustment of up to 6mm for easier installation and door alignment.

It is suitable for office buildings, commercial properties, apartments, hotels and other frequently used glass door applications.

Two-Stage Adjustable Closing Speed

The floor spring uses two separate valves to control the door closing action.

Main Closing Speed: 90°–20°

The first valve controls the main closing movement from approximately 90° to 20°.

Latching Speed: 20°–0°

The second valve controls the final closing movement from approximately 20° to 0°.

This allows installers to adjust the main closing speed and final latching speed independently.

90° Hold-Open Function

The standard hold-open position is:

When the door reaches the designated hold-open angle, it can remain open when required.

AOYU also offers a non-hold-open version. In addition, customers can request other hold-open configurations according to their project requirements.
