Hydraulic Floor Spring

The Hydraulic Floor Spring is a heavy-duty concealed door-closing solution designed for large commercial and architectural glass doors requiring controlled closing and reliable operation.

This model supports door panels weighing up to 150kg with a recommended maximum door width of 1300mm. It is suitable for 10–12mm tempered glass doors and provides a maximum opening angle of approximately 130°.

The hydraulic mechanism features two independently adjustable closing-speed valves, allowing separate control from 90°–20° and 20°–0°.

For easier installation and door alignment, the mechanism can be adjusted left and right, forward and backward, and up and down by up to 6mm.

Two-Stage Hydraulic Closing Speed

The first hydraulic valve controls the main closing movement of the door between approximately 90° and 20°.

Latching Speed: 20°–0°

The second valve controls the final closing stage from approximately 20° to 0°.

Independent adjustment allows installers to fine-tune the closing action according to the door weight and application.

90° Hold-Open Function

This allows the door to remain open when required.

A non-hold-open version can also be supplied, while alternative or double hold-open configurations are available according to project requirements.
