150kg Heavy-Duty Door Capacity
Tento hydraulic floor spring is designed for larger and heavier glass doors.
Maximum recommended door weight:
150kg
Maximum recommended door width:
1300mm
The higher load capacity makes this model suitable for larger commercial glass entrances where standard light-duty floor springs may not provide sufficient capacity.
The actual door dimensions, weight and hardware configuration should always be confirmed before installation.
Two-Stage Hydraulic Closing Speed
The hydraulic podlahový zavírač dveří provides two separate speed-control valves.
Main Closing Speed: 90°–20°
The first hydraulic valve controls the main closing movement of the door between approximately 90° and 20°.
Latching Speed: 20°–0°
The second valve controls the final closing stage from approximately 20° to 0°.
Independent adjustment allows installers to fine-tune the closing action according to the door weight and application.

90° Hold-Open Function
The standard hold-open position is:
90°
This allows the door to remain open when required.
A non-hold-open version can also be supplied, while alternative or double hold-open configurations are available according to project requirements.
Maximum Opening Angle of 130°
The maximum door opening angle is approximately:
130°
This wider opening range makes the floor spring suitable for commercial entrances where a larger passage area may be required.
Before installation, surrounding walls, fixed glass panels and other hardware should be checked to ensure sufficient clearance.
6mm Multi-Directional Adjustment
The floor spring provides multiple installation adjustments.
The mechanism can be adjusted:
- Left and right
- Forward and backward
- Up and down
The available adjustment range is up to 6mm.
This helps installers fine-tune the glass door position and compensate for minor installation differences during final alignment.
Tested to 500,000 Cycles
Tento hydraulic floor spring has passed a durability test of:
500,000 opening and closing cycles
This makes it suitable for many frequently used glass door applications in commercial and residential environments.
Typical applications include:
- Commercial office buildings
- Office entrances
- Hotely
- Apartments
- Retail stores
- Shopping areas
- Interior glass doors
- Commercial glass entrances
Suitable for 10–12mm Tempered Glass
The floor spring can be used with:
10mm tempered glass
12mm tempered glass
This range is suitable for many frameless architectural glass door systems.
Door weight, glass dimensions and installation layout should be confirmed before the glass is processed.
Concealed Hydraulic Door Control
The hydraulic closing mechanism is installed below floor level, helping maintain a clean appearance around the glass entrance.
This makes the product suitable for architectural projects where both door performance and visual appearance are important.
Často kladené otázky
1. What is a Hydraulic Floor Spring used for?
A hydraulic floor spring is installed below the door and uses hydraulic control to manage the opening and closing movement of a swing door. It is commonly used with frameless glass doors in hotels, offices, apartments and commercial entrances.
2. What door weight can this Hydraulic Floor Spring support?
This model can support doors weighing up to approximately 150kg, with a recommended maximum door width of about 1300mm. However, the actual selection should also consider door height, glass thickness and usage frequency.
3. Can the closing speed of the Hydraulic Floor Spring be adjusted?
Yes. The hydraulic system provides separate adjustment for the main closing stage and the final latching stage. As a result, installers can fine-tune the door movement for smoother and more controlled closing.
4. Does this Hydraulic Floor Spring have a hold-open function?
Yes. The standard configuration includes a 90° hold-open position, while the maximum opening angle is approximately 130°. Depending on the project, non-hold-open or other hold-open options may also be available.
5. What glass thickness is suitable for this Hydraulic Floor Spring?
This floor spring is commonly used with 10–12mm tempered glass doors. Before installation, confirm the door weight, width, pivot fittings and glass thickness to ensure the complete hardware system is compatible.
