What glass thickness does the fitting range accept?
The series is designed for 8-12mm glass. Gaskets and bolts are sized for that range; confirm your exact glass thickness so we select the right clamp set without pinch points on the panel edge.
When should I use 316 instead of 304?
304 covers most indoor commercial doors. 316 is the right call for coastal sites, poolside glazing, or anywhere with salt air and heavy cleaning chemicals, because the added molybdenum resists chloride pitting.
What finishes are available?
Brushed nickel, chrome, and matte black are standard, with custom colors on 500-pc OEM orders. For coastal projects we can also quote the same finish on 316 hardware so tone matches across the door set.
What should the installer watch for during fitting?
The panel must be plumb and the fittings aligned before you torque the bolts, otherwise the glass takes stress at the clamp. Seat the rubber gaskets fully, torque evenly from both sides, and use the drilling template we supply for the frame side.
