Top Patch Fitting Stainless Steel for Frameless Glass Door Hardware

A top patch fitting anchors the top edge of a frameless glass panel to the header or mounting plate and controls top movement while the door pivots below. It works with bottom and corner fittings to hold the panel square and stop it drifting.

It is designed for 8-12mm glass. The gaskets and clamp bolts are sized for that range; confirm your exact thickness so the fitting seats without pinch points. It suits tempered frameless door and partition panels.

304 covers most indoor commercial doors. 316 adds molybdenum for salt and chloride resistance, so it is worth the upcharge for coastal entrances, poolside glazing, or sites cleaned with aggressive chemicals. Both grades are available on this fitting.

This fitting is offered in brushed nickel and matte black as standard, with custom colors on 500-pc OEM orders. If you need chrome to match other hardware, check with us - it is not a standard option on this part.

The top fitting mainly locates and guides the panel; the bottom fittings take the main vertical load. Confirm the panel size and weight with us so we check the rating for your door before we recommend the fitting set.
