The post mounts through a base plate bolted to the floor slab, or can be grouted/embedded depending on the model you spec. We supply the base plate, anchor bolts, and rubber seating with the post; the substructure itself needs to be solid concrete or steel to take the railing load.

ss304 is the standard for indoor and covered balcony work. Choose ss316 where the balustrade is exposed to coastal salt air, chlorinated pools, or heavy rain over long periods — the molybdenum content resists pitting far better than 304 on uncoated posts.
