The 703 covers the patch fitting configurations used on a frameless commercial door - top, bottom, and corner patch fittings, in 304 stainless. You choose the combination your door needs; for a standard hinged door that is top and bottom, and for pivoting or angled layouts you may add corner patches. A corner patch joins two glass panels that meet at the corner of a door or screen and holds them at the fixed angle. In commercial frameless work it is common on angled entrances and office partitions. Like the top and bottom patches, it is gasket-lined and sized for 8-12 mm tempered glass.

8-12 mm tempered glass across all the fittings in the system. The gaskets and clamp pockets are standardized for that range, so every piece in the set seats the same glass. If you have 10-16 mm panels, that is the glass-to-glass connector range (705) instead.

Yes - that is the main use case: commercial glass doors, office entrances, and architectural glass applications. In 304 stainless it is fine indoors. If the entrance is exposed to weather or near a seafront, upgrade the same layout to the 316 versions (697 and 698) for better corrosion resistance.
