Size, finish and design customization — non-standard shapes, longer stems, different face profiles. If you have a drawing or an existing knob to copy, we'll review it and confirm what can be machined in stainless, aluminum or zinc alloy. Prototype samples start at 1 pc so you can approve the look before volume production.

Zinc alloy is the economical choice: it casts complex shapes easily and takes plating well, so it is often used for decorative knobs where cost per piece matters. The trade-off is corrosion resistance — for a bathroom or hotel door, stainless (304/316) is the safer pick. If the knob is mostly decorative and the budget is tight, zinc can work; we'll be honest about the trade-off.

8–12mm glass, for glass doors, shower enclosures, bathroom doors and office partitions. Confirm your glass thickness when ordering so we supply the matching fixing. If your door is outside this range, we can discuss a custom fixing.

Standard products ship in 15–25 days. Custom designs add time for tooling and sample approval — the total depends on the design complexity, and we'll confirm a date when you send the drawing. Samples come first (1 pc, sample fee may apply) so you lock the design before production.

Depending on the model, the knob clamps onto the glass edge or mounts through a drilled hole. For frameless doors the clamp style is common because it avoids drilling. If your door is already drilled, send the hole diameter and position and we'll match the fixing. We'll confirm the mounting type in the quote.
