Yes. This is a factory line set up for OEM production, so we accept your drawings, catalog specs or dimensioned sketches. We will check the design for machining feasibility, confirm the material grade and finish, and quote tooling separately if a new shape is required. Once approved, the drawing becomes the production reference for your batch. Send the file in PDF or DWG format.

Yes for outdoor glass doors in most conditions, since the body is 304 or 316 stainless. Indoors, 304 is the economical default. Outdoors, especially in coastal or industrial air, use 316 - it resists chloride pitting that eventually shows as rust-colored spots on 304. Tell us the location and we will recommend the grade rather than guessing from a photo.

OEM orders with your logo start at 500 pcs. Below that, a standard order of 50 pcs is possible without branding. The 500-piece threshold exists because logo engraving and finish setup costs only make sense at that volume. If your first order is 300-400 pcs, tell us - sometimes we can combine it with a scheduled production run at no extra charge.

Standard finishes are brushed bronze, brushed nickel, chrome and gun gray, plus custom colors. The finish is applied over the stainless body and sealed, so you keep the base material's corrosion resistance. For exterior projects, we recommend brushed finishes over mirror chrome, because brushed surfaces hide water and dust marks better on a door that stays outside.

Each handle is wrapped individually, then packed in export cartons with protective corner supports so the finish is not scratched in transit. Cartons are labeled with model, finish, quantity and batch number, and the packing list matches the carton contents. For container orders we can add carton marking with your brand or shipping marks. Samples are packed in a small sturdy box with bubble protection.
