Glass Balustrade Hardware Stainless Steel for Glass Railing System

It is the complete stainless hardware range for glass balustrades: glass clamps, spigots, railing posts, base shoe and channel, point-fixing standoffs, and handrail tubes. You order the components your layout needs - clamps and standoffs for frameless panels, base shoe for continuous infill, posts and tubes for the top rail. Send a BOM or elevation drawing and we match quantities. Samples are 1 pc, standard orders from 50 pcs, OEM/logo runs from 500 pcs.

304 is fine for indoor staircases and most balconies. Switch to 316 when the railing sits near the sea, in coastal balconies, pool areas, or where de-icing salt is used - the molybdenum content resists pitting and chloride attack. Both grades come in the same finishes, so you can upgrade to 316 without changing the look. Most coastal contractors use 316 for spigots and clamps and 304 for handrail tubes to control cost.

Yes. Brushed nickel, chrome, gun gray, matte black and custom RAL colors are done across the whole range, so spigots, clamps, posts and tubes come out in one consistent tone. Gun gray and matte black are applied as PVD or coated finishes depending on the part and the abrasion requirement. Tell us the finish and whether the site gets UV exposure, and we will recommend the coating that holds up outdoors.

Yes. Send glass thickness, panel layout, railing height and the mounting surface (concrete, steel or timber), and we prepare a component schedule plus assembly drawings showing spigot/clamp spacing and base shoe runs. For frameless systems around three clamps per panel is the usual layout, with extra fixing at corners and panel ends. Drawings are provided with an order, and we also confirm anchor bolt sizes for your substrate.

Samples ship in 15-25 days and one sample piece is allowed as a trial. Standard production orders also run 15-25 days from confirmation. The minimum order is 50 pcs per item for stock finishes, and 500 pcs when you need custom logo or OEM packaging. Above 500 pcs we keep the whole component set in one finishing batch so everything matches on site.
