The hinge body allows fine adjustment at installation, typically in the mounting plate position or pivot alignment, so the installer can level the door after the glass is hung. That compensates for walls that are not perfectly plumb or glass cut slightly off square.

SS304 stainless steel or brass. SS304 is the standard bathroom choice; brass is used when the finish needs to sit on a warm-toned base, such as brushed bronze, so the plated color does not shift over time. Both are machined to the same tolerances, and the adjuster mechanism works identically on either material. A sample is the quickest way to check the material feel and the plated tone before committing to the batch.

The clamp side fits standard frameless shower glass, commonly 8-12 mm. Confirm the thickness and we supply matching pads for the glass edge. Because this is an adjustable hinge, the glass thickness also affects how much alignment travel remains after clamping, so the thickness matters for the adjustment range as well as the pad fit. We state the usable adjustment on the drawing for your glass size.

Depending on the hinge model, clamped versions need no drilling while drilled versions use the supplied template. We confirm which model you have before production so the glass is processed correctly.
