Shower Glass Hardware Kit Sliding Shower Door Hardware for 8-10mm Glass Door

The kit covers the hardware needed to hang and run a frameless sliding shower door: the top-hung rollers, the glass clips or hangers that hold the door, and the guides that keep the door tracking straight. The track (top and bottom rails) and the glass itself are normally cut to your opening, so they are not in the kit. Send us your door width and glass thickness and we'll confirm the contents for your kit.

8–10mm tempered glass — the standard range for frameless shower enclosures. The clips and rollers are sized for that thickness so the glass hangs level. If your door uses thinner or laminated glass, check with us before ordering; we can match the hardware to the glass spec.

The rollers are designed for smooth running in the top track — the door glides rather than scraping. Keep the track clean and the rollers stay quiet; soap residue and grit in the track are what cause rattling and stiff movement. For heavy use such as hotels and gyms, mention the expected traffic and we'll suggest the heavier roller option.

For a frameless sliding door, the standard setup is a top track that carries the door weight through the rollers, plus a bottom guide (sometimes a low-profile bar or floor-mounted guide) to stop the door swinging out at the bottom. The kit includes the appropriate guides. The exact bottom solution depends on your tray type — tell us whether it is a flat tray or a tiled floor.

The hardware is SUS304 stainless, which handles a damp shower environment well — normal bathroom use won't pit it. Rinse and wipe down periodically, same as any bathroom hardware. For coastal regions or very hard water it is still fine in most cases; if the project is marine-adjacent, we can look at upgrading the small parts.
