Yes. Speed and latching adjustments are reached through small ports in the top plate without lifting the door. Spring tension on the closing arm can also be reset if the door grows stiffer over time, so a concealed unit is no harder to service - just less visible.

Depth depends on the box size of the model you order, so we send the cut-out drawing with exact dimensions before you pour or cut the floor. Plan concrete box dimensions and rebar clearance from that drawing; do not cut the hole before we confirm the model.
