It is designed for 8-12mm tempered glass, which covers standard 8mm, 10mm and 12mm frameless shower panels. The mounting hardware and rubber washers are matched to this range, so you do not need separate adapters for common shower glass. If your project uses glass outside this range, send us the exact thickness and we will confirm whether the standard set works or adjust the mounting studs.

Standard finishes are Brushed Bronze, brushed nickel, chrome, gun gray and matte. All finishes are applied over the stainless steel or aluminum body, so the base material still carries the corrosion resistance. Tell us your finish code or send a physical sample and we will match it before production, because subtle differences in hue matter when you install handles next to other bathroom fittings.

Yes. Size, finish and packaging are all open for OEM modification. Typical changes are overall length, distance between fixing holes, and stud length for thicker or thinner glass. We only ask that you provide a drawing or clear dimension list before we quote, because changing hole spacing changes the jig used in production. Volume orders usually go into production more smoothly when the drawing is locked early.

The handle body is stainless steel grade 304 or 316, or aluminum alloy depending on the version you order. 304 is the default for indoor shower rooms; 316 adds molybdenum for coastal areas and pools; the aluminum version is lighter and cheaper for large interior projects. Brass is available when you want a heavier feel and a warm tone under the finish. State the application and we will recommend one grade.

The handle is through-bolted to the glass. The glass is drilled and the handle studs pass through, then it is secured from the back with fasteners and soft washers so the load spreads across the hole area and the glass edge is not under direct metal contact. For 8-12mm tempered glass this is the standard fixing method. If your glass is already installed without holes, tell us and we will discuss alternatives before you drill.

One sample piece is possible and a sample fee may apply; we refund it once you place a standard order. The standard order starts at 50 pcs, and OEM orders with your logo start at 500 pcs. Lead time is 15-25 days after confirmation, which covers production plus finish. For large volumes we schedule by container and will give you a firm date in the quotation.
