180 Degree Glass to Glass Free Swing Shower Door Hinge for Frameless Folding Glass Doors Premium Design

Fit one hinge between each pair of glass panels. Since each hinge swings a full 180 degrees and is free-swinging, the panels fold together flat when opened and line up straight when closed. That gives a folding glass door for showers, terraces, or interior partitions. Panels should be drilled to our template before tempering so all folds line up evenly.

It is designed for the standard frameless range - 8-12mm tempered glass. In a folding door the hinges carry the panels edge to edge, so keep the panel sizes within normal proportions; use two or more hinges per panel junction as the door gets taller. Confirm the actual glass thickness when ordering and we will set the clamp plates to match.

The hinge body comes in SUS304 stainless, SUS316 stainless, brass, and zinc alloy. SUS304 is the all-round choice for bathroom moisture, SUS316 for coastal or pool areas, brass for a warmer machined look, and zinc for budget-conscious projects with lighter doors. The geometry and drilling pattern are the same in every material.

Standard finishes include chrome, matte black, brushed nickel, Brushed Bronze, gun gray, and custom colors. For folding glass doors that get handled often, satin finishes like brushed nickel and matte black hide fingerprints best. Custom colors are available on OEM orders so you can match the rest of your bathroom hardware.

In a folding door assembly the weight is shared across the hinge run, but each hinge still supports the panel connected to it. For standard 8-12mm tempered glass panels of normal door proportions this hinge is well within its working range. For oversized panels send width, height and glass thickness and we will calculate the safe hinge count for your build.

Samples start at 1 piece; a sample fee may apply and is refundable against a production order. Standard orders start at 50 pieces, and OEM orders with custom colors or your logo start at 500 pieces.
